Here is what I came up with...
a little snow covered pumpkin
a Santa Ghoul
a large "frosted" pumpkin
our Santa Skeleton
and who could resist our decorated & frosted pumpkin
I probably won't win any prizes for the best decorations, but at least this year my children can't say I didn't put out any decorations.
